At the 2015 Annual Homeowner’s Association Meeting, the possibility of replacing the street signs was discussed. The Board began to research the project and obtained several bids for the replacement of the subdivision signs, STOP signs and Yield signs. In June, 2015, each homeowner was asked to submit a vote for the project and had the ability to select the design of the street posts. The posts were also available for physical inspection for one week at the HOA President’s home. An overwhelming majority (76.84%) voted for the Sign Post Base Model 800 and plans began for the purchase and installation of the sign posts. Coordination was also necessary with the City of Rochester Hills for the replacement of the street signs (“blades”).
Installation of the posts began the week of March 7 and the project completion is estimated to be on or before March 18. If you have any questions regarding the project, please contact a Board Member (contact information listed on the website) or email email@example.com.
