Vintage Estates

Rochester Hills, Michigan

Home

Vintage Estates is a neighborhood of 165 homes located off Dutton Road between Brewster and Livernois in Rochester Hills.

Welcome to Vintage Estates!

Thank you for taking the time to visit the new Vintage Estates website. The website has been re-designed to meet the needs of our community by providing accurate and up-to-date information to you, the Vintage Estates homeowner. The website will also be used by the Board to provide neighborhood updates, HOA By-Laws and deed restrictions, post Minutes of the Board meetings and serve as an informational tool for all homeowners in Vintage Estates.

Vintage Estates Homeowner’s Association (VEHA) would like to welcome you to the area, and thank you for choosing to become a part of our neighborhood.  If you are not familiar with our HOA, we would like to take a moment to welcome you and give you a brief overview of the organization.

VEHA was established, certified and documented with the Oakland County Register of Deeds and is governed by the Amended and Restated Bylaws. The purpose of the Association is to help maintain and preserve the value of the amenities within Vintage Estates, while maintaining a safe and pleasurable place to live.

A Board of Directors is elected by the community to oversee the daily functions and financial responsibilities of the Association.  It is also a function of the Board to administer and maintain compliance with the established covenants and By-Laws of the Association. The Board does not have the authority to revise the established covenants in any manner other than by the process defined in the Association By-Laws. This Board consists of a President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer.  There is also currently one Member-at-Large and additional committees for maintenance, architectural control and social planning. I encourage you to contact one of the Board members to learn more about these committees and how you can get involved in our community!  Social events such as the Food Truck Thursdays from April to October quarterly donation drives to Grace Centers of Hope, and occasional holiday events (our Halloween “walk” was a huge success!) provide the residents with the opportunity to meet their neighbors.

To help maintain the quality of our neighborhood, the Deed Restrictions and By-Laws govern Vintage Estates. These guidelines address the most common questions only. Authorized construction and changes to the existing residence is subject to final approval by the Board.

Our commons area (Blue Grass Park) is open to all paid members for their family use and enjoyment.

We hope you find our neighborhood a great place to live.  We look forward to meeting you and encourage your participation in our activities and functions at Vintage Estates.

Please do not hesitate to contact any of the members of your Vintage board as we remain committed to working in partnership with all of our community members. Again, thank you for visiting our website and welcome to the Vintage Estates community.

Respectfully Yours,

Vintage Estates Homeowner’s Association Board
