Annual HOA Dues in the amount of $350.00 are due on or before 1-April.
Preferred Zelle Option: If you have the Zelle app, you can make your payment using this method. The “Pay To” email is vintageestates@yahoo.com [please be sure there is a “double e” in the email address and that it is typed correctly]. There are no refunds if the account is typed incorrectly.
If you do your banking online, set up VEHA as a “Pay To” account and you can request that the payment post in mid-March which is sufficient time for the bank to cut the check and mail by April 1st…easy and convenient!
