As you may know, Instant Maintenance and American Lawn Sprinkler have merged. For the past 24 years, Instant Maintenance has provided Vintage Estates homeowners with sprinkler winterization, repairs, and installations, as well as servicing the subdivision’s sprinkler system.
American Lawn Sprinkler is pleased to continue this tradition and provide winterization services again this year.
Winterization Date for your Subdivision: Monday, October 5, 2026
Pricing for this subdivision event:
1–8 Zones: $60
9+ Zones: $70

No matter how you sign up, you will receive confirmation that you have been added to the schedule.
NOTE: Please have the water supply to your sprinkler system turned off in the basement PRIOR to our arrival. If you will not be home and are providing garage access, you may leave payment taped to the sprinkler controller for the technician. In addition, if you request outside hoses or faucets, not related to the irrigation system, to be winterized, there will be an additional fee of $30.00 per additional hook up.
